OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT POLICY 

Our work environment policy is our guiding star for ensuring and improving our workplace environment

Our most valuable asset is the people who work in or in close collaboration with the company and we will always exceed the regulations and requirements that apply to occupational health and safety.

• We will provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work related injuries and ill health
• We will comply with applicable legal and other requirements 
• We will eliminate hazards and reduce occupational risks
• We will continuously improve our occupational health and safety management system and operational processes

We actively work with;

• Risk assessment – We prefer to take the safe course whenever the risks of an activity are uncertain
• Consultation and participation with employees 
• SKAPA – Our values are based on the Swedish word SKAPA (Create) Cooperation, Competence, Responsibility, Proactivity and Autonomy
